Every figure here is drawn from anonymised customer baselines captured before deployment and re-measured at 90, 180 and 365 days. We instrument the same operations the operator was running — same rosters, same contracts, same incident definitions — and report the delta. Where a customer can't supply a baseline, we exclude their data from the headline.
